🔴A federal judge in Texas has allowed the state to request documents from social media giants Facebook, Twitter and Google.

We are talking about internal documents that contain information about exactly how platforms moderate/censor content. The state is defending a new law limiting the situations in which platforms can suspend users.

The ruling allows Paxton to search for documents and dismiss employees from NetChoice and Computer members & Communications Industry Association».
