Jim carey the actor who is posing as Biden. My theory is that they arranged a pedo event as obama did in the white house and set up media to get it on tape. But the existence of that tower poses a problem, yeah its media for surebut the bright lights dont fit , this was something else, maybe some staged arrests some staged panic. A perry noticed that some of the people were short and assumed they were kids at a WH pedo party. This COULD be a cut scene made to depict that. optics its all optics.
