They are corrupt but capitulated. Banks can’t own, hold or use an regulated assets, their rules. Even Biden hasn’t made an E.O. to regulate it. This is all to keep it from them. we are destroying the fed now, its going broke. Look up Fed Reverse Repo, the Fed hands out $1.6 Trillion a day to banks to keep afloat. Everything being exposed and replaced now in this shift.
