I got logged out of my account on my laptop and cant remember my password. I have tried the forgot password button but have been waiting 2 hours on the reset password email. Anyone have any suggestions? I cant even reset my password from my phone since I cant remember my current password...ugh

I have been locked out of my phone access for months, sent a message to administrator, tried PW re-set or "Forgot PW" NOTHING works 😤
