Phone companies dont issue phones unless 5G compatible. I had a 3G phone that still worked with wifi but they would not activate it for calls because it wasn't 5G compatible. Buy satellite phones.

We respond to light. Our cells respond to light both good and bad. Sunlight is good for us. Incandescent lighting is the closest to sunlight. LED is the worst for our mitochondria.
