Mr. Pool posted a Qatar flag because the Qatar National Bank recently partnered with Ripple/XRP (a gold-backed digital currency). Why does this destroy the FED? Qatar is the epicenter of Middle East oil transaction. The only thing giving the US dollar value is that until recently, oil had to be purchased in USD.
