remeber AMERICA congress can not do AWAY with the 2ND AMENDMENT,,,only a STATES CONVENTION can do that an you half to have 37 STATES call for a states convention,,to bring forth a vote,,,and it takes 39 states to vote yes to do away with any one BILL OF RIGHTS (2ND AMENDMENT)is included in those rights,,you will never get 39 states to vote that way,,so CONGRESS is PISSING UP A WALL,,the bill is as worthless as the paper it's wrote,,,FACT!
