but this summer it hit the lowest ever level,
to date, and expected to go lower into 2022
sounds like it's intentional... drip drip drip?
CA and maybe some other states depend on it
for water source, no? and it seems someone's
been wanting CA residents to leave really badly
for i think decades now, betw tent cities, DEW,
