I agree Matthew, but I'm a heart patient. I would like to learn how to live without warfarin. I have a mechanical valve, without warfarin, blood platelets stick to the valve, causing it to have difficulty opening.

I am too. I have basically avoided physicians, mammograms (don't need the blast of radiation), but have had to go in for diverticulitis. However, I've found a natural antibiotic called oil of oregano with 80% carvocral. Saved me a trip to the emergency room and a covid test. I'll take God's remedies from now on.

I also used that to recover from a bad case of food poisoning recently. Days to get e gut back to normal. Provided much relief. No more grocery store meats for us. I believe a supply chain issue, going straight to the farm now.

So you have that too? I'm sorry. If I stay away from hard or firm shelled seeds I'm good. Sesame seeds, popcorn husks, poppy seeds, pepper seeds, even tomato seeds. Anything that could "hang up" in your intestines, will. It seems to be different for everyone and I'm glad you've found a solution.

Same. I don’t even take ibuprofen anymore. If I have chest congestion from a cold, I take robitussin, which is an extract taken from a tree native to the Caribbean and has been used for hundreds of years. I don’t do Nyquil. I tried it once, and I felt very little relief. If anything, I felt worse.
