Absolutely despotic, inhumane, power mad behavior. The employee should be terminated immediately and the family should be compensated generously financially.

It had to be the entire flight crew...they actually TURNED the plane around!!! UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE!!! I am serious here, they need to drop American off of their name....
