Don't rely on your diet MI I drank a gallon milk week, lots of dairy products when I got super sick in 2018 a Ginocolygist tested my Vit D and it was so bad I was put on supplements!
also Calcium tabs. like the time release 1s expensive but helps even w the bone pain!!! 🙂
