Well, his admin paid for the original 600 million doses through HHS and the Army Corps of Engineers for a total of $1.17 trillion. That does not include the millions of dollars in grant money to manufacture the vaccines. Without Operation Warp Speed, we would be waiting 12 years for a vaccine.
