I was suspended a few weeks ago.....system will prompt me to 'get started' and then say error occured. I cannot log out, get error message. I cannot deactivate my account because I'm suspended. So I'm just in a weird loop. Have emailed support to no avail! Have cleared cache/cookes.

i am in the same boat. its been 3 days, my first suspension. they dont tell ya why either which is more irritating.
