He explained the vaccine much better than he did with Nino. What he has said. The evil plan was to get the vaccine out and make it mandatory. There would be forced vaccinations and you wouldn't even be able to get groceries or be around your kids if you weren't vaccinated. Juan is saying that you have a choice to get the vaccine. People are able to do their own research and make a decision. He is saying people will die because in war there are casualties. He has also said you could get one vaccine or even two and nothing may happen to you. If you keep getting the boosters which is what they want you will eventually die.
