Most, yes. All? No. I think Pompeo is actually good. You need to remember...the people Trump chose included both good guys and bad guys. Im pretty sure both sides were observed for years. Good guys were picked some number of years ago. Bad guys more recently in the Plan. Pompeo was entrusted with the huge task of back channel comms with foreign Patriots.
