Fluoride levels in most cities far exceeds what is supposedly needed for dental health. Recently we switched to a non- flouride toothpaste and we filter Fluoride out of of our water. I had one of my best dental check-ups in years. Less inflammation and less plaque. I take very good care of my teeth because of poor dental care as a child due to no money for dental care. Proper hydration requires one ounce of water per kilogram of body weight per day. When drinking adequate amounts of water it is important to remove the Fluoride and other impurities. Fluoride is a poison.
