People think that the Nuremberg trials were about Nuremberg laws, that is incorrect, it brought into existence of the Nuremberg CODE. Nuremberg laws actually started Nazi persecution of the Jews. The Nuremberg Code, a ten point statement delimiting permissible medical experimentation on human subjects. To some extent the Nuremberg Code has been superseded by the Declaration of Helsinki. Then it was almost completely superseded by the Law of War Manual anything remaining will be listed there.
It was only called the Military Nuremberg Trials because it was held in Nuremberg (a symbol of the Nazi Party) by the International Military Tribunal (IMT).

Whenever the trials do happen the location will be determined by the" winners" but still judged by the IMT.

Thanks for the clarification. What is your opinion on companies, hospitals, etc. that are requiring employees to have the experimental shot in order to remain employed? Of course, ethically an employee should have the freedom to refuse without losing a job. Many people have been citing the Nuremberg Code as a possible protection for employee jobs, but it seems that is incorrect as vax refusal is an option/not forced (although employment is lost upon refusal.) Thoughts?

Private ownership. A business can refuse to employ or serve anyone they feel is a threat to the continuation of said business. Medical anything receives funding through governmental grants and private donations. If the donors think said medical facility is not a team player donations stop. Donations stop business goes bust. Many of those donors have stock in medical companies like pharma and medical supply. Do you see where I'm going? Non medical businesses depend on HUGE businesses to buy from them, if that business isn't a team player the same thing happens to them. Who owns all the HUGE businesses? The same people that own big pharma and medical supplies. 5x5? This sucky way of doing things was rubber stamped and we were suckered in by a lone bakery refusing to serve a gay couple. Remember that? Laws were passed so that they could refuse. Those laws now protect the enemy.

Based on the code, one has to have INFORMED CONSENT which seems to be lacking as most people I speak to have no idea they are participating in an experiment, how long they are in that experiment or hazards of being involved in the experiment.
