Having a serious problem with https://www.bitrue.com/
Bitrue is using coercive tactics to force having a number for an account.
There is no number required to start an account.
There is no number required do some transactions.
A mistake has been made with a purchase of 100 xlm for XRP.
The mistake was filling in a memo incorrect, nothing more, instead of a number, the name bitrue was inserted where memo is.
With the transaction 100 xlm never got to XRP, 100 xlm is missing.
Contacting bitrue and bitrue has said if you give a phone number we can help you get the 100 xlm back.
These are coercive tactics, unlawful actions.
Forcing a phone number is criminal, not everyone uses a phone number or has a phone number.
To write in an email "WE CAN HELP YOU IF you give us a phone number" is not a good thing.
Bitrue is not asking to call or speak to someone.
There is no other disagreement.
