Lol well apparently the "TV ticker" of the EBS
had more information that ppl are not paying attention to...
this is HUGE
it is validation that Washington DC is NOT

ppl reported yesterday that this ticker tap a the top of the screen happened while Cuomo was talking.
how many of you saw this on your own TV?

Also I read only 12% of the Nation received it..
I am also now reading everyone's who blocked it are being arrested for FCC
violation...

This is a pic that my brother sent me of the EBS alert he recieved. Was thought it was strange that D.C. was listed seperatly too.
BTW - no one i know recieved the alert by phone.
