No offence, but I have already debunked this. Two different camera heights and focal lengths. Pelosi's hair can be seen behind Dr as can the gentleman and brown coat of female behind her...

Actually, the camera angles look basically the same to me, same with the focal lengths. Explain the wall with no one in front of it in the top photo. The backgrounds behind them couldn't vary that much. These shots are from the same camera. I'm thinking possible CGI.
