Actually the Spanish Flu didn’t kill 98% of those who died as autopsies revealed they all die of bacterial phnomonia most likely caused by mucous buildup in the lungs from bronchial irritation which led to bacterial phnemonia developing in and killing 98% of those who died. Research autopsy reports its all there . Just hidden from view.
