it shows reopened on the 8th but what it doesnt show is the order to show cause for vexatious litigation on the 25th.
A vexatious litigant is someone who brings forth testimony in a case that is intended to tie up the court based on meritless or malicious grounds. This means the court wants them to explain why they reopened the case just to waste their time on a bullshit argument with no merit. They could even be sued or held in contempt by the judge for doing so.
it's nothing more than a stall tactic for a failing case that theyre desperately trying to hold off from being finalized
