Presidents can't be reinstated. According to the 25th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, even if both Biden and Harris are found unfit and removed, then Congress votes on which officer will become acting president until the next election. Either way, we have to wait until the next election.

I think it's more odd that someone who claims to be a Trump supporter doesn't know the Constitution or care about America's supreme law of the land. Everyone is so focused on the ballot audits, that they don't realize that the state electors' votes are the only votes that count for president and vice president. They usually vote with the popular vote, but they do not have to. Those votes that count are not being audited.

With the audits we're approaching a constitutional crisis, they will prove quite conclusively that Trump won.. this is a no brainer... whose side will you be on when this occurs?

The people's votes don't elect the president and vice president. Most people don't realize this. The popular vote does not count. It's the state electors' vote that counts. All the audit is going to do is prove fraud and arrests will be made, but he presidency will not change based on the popular vote. The only other thing that could work would be that the people rise up and overthrow the government, but I don't see patriots mad enough yet to do anything. Everyone is waiting for someone else to do something at this point. I'm in no way saying that what happened to us was right. I'm just saying that we will be waiting until the next election for change. Anyone can become an elector. You should become one, so your vote counts. Do you know who your state electors are?

I just don't love that Nancy Pelosi would become acting president until the next election. That could be even worse than Biden. Do you know who her father was?
