As a teenager he was exchanged for years as a 'toy-boy' between high places in England. 'Dolphin Square' was one of the locations where he was taken, a luxurious complex for military police & the British secret service.

Richard Kerr is hoping that his legal action against those responsible for failing to safeguard him as a child, will be listed for hearing later this year. He has faced innumerable delays & obstacles in getting his case to court thus far.
He has a very high profile & the media will be watching the trial;
No-one denies that he was a resident at Kincora Boys’ Home in the 1970s; No one denies that he was sexually abused.

The real issue is whether he was abused beyond the four walls of the residence itself. If that is established, a 40-year-old cover-up of MI5 and MI6 wrongdoing will fall apart & the reputations of an array of NIO, MI5, MI6 and RUC officials, government ministers
