"Bar Associations, judges, lawyers, & certain people in the public are attacking me for information I posted on social media about Chief Justice John Robert and Mike Pence.

Roberts and Pence have not sued me for publishing false and defamatory statements about them.

Wonder why not?

Under libel law standards, as plaintiffs, they would have the evidentiary burden of proving my statements are false.

Could they meet they burden?

Fair question.

Sometimes you learn as much or more from what people don’t say as you do from what they say.
