My understanding of the Notre Dame's fire is that the Deep State were going to carry out a False Flag event killing hundreds or even thousands, when the building was packed for an event. Before this took place, the building was deliberately burned to prevent this planned event from taking place. Meaning the so called good guys were the arsonists.
One may also see the obvious links to the pattern appearing in the image above.
