The reason why everyone needs to own at least 1 handgun, ammunition (at least 1 box of ammo) and be properly trained on how to use it, practice precision, safety and keeping it clean. A responsible owner who knows when to use it for fun (the range or shooting cans), hunting and most importantly safety for your Constitutional 2nd amendment. I just hope we aren't going to have to rise up to use it for the 2nd amendment but I know we will should it have to be.
