The Resolute Desk has had 3 changes since is was first used in 1880. 1. The door was added to hide FDR's polio's legs in braces. 2. The Seal was added to the doors by Truman. 3. The head of the Eagle on the Seal is reversed to face the Olive Branches by President Trump!

Is there a picture of the Resolute Desk with the new seal? The one here shows the Eagle facing the arrows still. Or are you referring to the seal on the new Office of the Former President?
