If Canada (the world) is under MARTIAL LAW - Military Control then they can appoint anyone as an interim figurehead until the people wake up and take back control then a legal fair vote is held. Assuming a fair voting system is in place.

China has just started to wake it’s people up to the fact that they are now free. DRIP, DRIP, DRIP.
This event actually happened in January when Taiwan and US Marines landed on the Chinese mainland and started to destroy/arrest the CCP. Many surrendered but some didn’t, it has taken until now to finally take the last of them down and declare China a Republic, hence why they are waking them up now.
Canada is also now a Republic but people have to be woken up slowly. What is being said is true. The world is being woken up.
