This is what some employers have been doing. They announce that it is mandatory to have vax. Employees line up for the jab. If they would question it they would find that it was never made official. Because it was emergency authorization use only they cannot mandate it. Also OSHA has set new guidelines for employers mandating the jab. Once they mandate vax the injuries are considered work place injuries.

OSHA recently said that if employer mandates vax that any injuries from the vax would be considered "work place injuries." Hence, the employer will be liable financially for injuries!

If a vaccine has been issued EUA by the FDA, it is not fully licensed and must be voluntary. A private party, such as an employer, school or hospital cannot circumvent the EUA law, which prohibits mandates. Indeed, the EUA law preventing mandates is so explicit that there is only one precedent case regarding an attempt to mandate an EUA vaccine.
