Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot fights racism and discrimination by choosing to give second anniversary talks to dark-skinned journalists.
The mayor justified the decision, which would have caused a storm if it were the other way around, as a protest against the disproportionate predominance of white journalists in Chicago, which does not correspond to the ethnic composition of the city.
