Yes gardening and anytime we are actually touching the earth is healing our frequency resonance.
I understand, you are a light being inside that earth suit. When you feel you are starting to feel anxious OUT LOUD try commanding your spirit to look outside your sphere of energy that surrounds your body and pull in God's energies to heal your heart, body and mind to calm your earth suit and memories
Concentrate on physically seeing your energy bubble and pulling in the phryll (God's energy particles) command your spirit to bring them into your physical body for calming, see it happening in your mind while you command it out loud. Out Loud direct your spirit to move the phyrll thro your body, physically see it moving from your head thro out your whole body all the way down to your feet, touching every cell every part of you in healing motion.
Verbally track it moving thro you.
