Yes he was. Just having the family name doesn’t mean all are evil people. For that matter even having Rh Negative blood doesn’t mean your evil. We also don't know if Astor, Strauss, and Guggenheim actually died on the Titanic. They changed the name of the Olympic to the Titanic so how do we know their deaths weren't faked too. As we will know many in the cabal fake their deaths, change their names and go about the dirty deeds!!!
