thats good! You have to take enough to get the red flush & its therapeutic and is exfoliating free radicals from your body.
After about two weeks as your body cleans out you flush less and can increase dose (I started with 500mg)
Now I take 2-3gram (2000-3000mg) every day and dont even flush anymore, and my body feels healthy & has sustained energy (vs. coffee type energy)
