Anyone who takes the time to read the Motion for Reconsideration I filed today in my federal case against the State Bar of Georgia (see below) will recognize that Federal Judge Timothy C. Batten is ignoring well-established rules of law in order to schedule and conduct an improper hearing on May 13 - TWO days before the election of the new Chair of South Carolina Republican Party.

And remember that the State Bar of Georgia informed me that it wished to file a report on its grievance against me on May 14 - ONE day before the May 15 ACGOP election - without allowing me any discovery or a chance to offer my side of the story.
