The BEST thing anyone can do for their health and those around them, is to do those things that produce and support a STRONG IMMUNE SYSTEM.
Hydration (filtered water only) preferably alkaline water minimum 32 ounces daily
Exercise ( 30 min brisk walk daily)
Fresh air
Sunshine ( natural disinfectant plus Vit D)
Reduce stress
Socialization, human contact, hugs, smiles, laughter
( releases beneficial hormones that reduces stress)
Spiritual care ( pray, meditate, worship)😇
