The articles being written about these tribunals can be sloughed off as fake news because the dates are not accurate. The details though...
Zublick state he has a copy of the transcripts from the Clinton Tribunal which was held years ago. The 5 articles written in Before It's News must have gotten a copy of the transcript because the details were the same as in the transcript Zublick was reading from.
Are these articles a way to soft sell the idea of tribunals to the public, knowing that they will be lambasted by the Fact Checkers? IDK.
