Ill listen on my phone and see what I hear. Try this one and see if it helps. You can do it without any music as well, it helps at first to have some if needed to drown out what is around you and relaxing. I sometimes focus on the ringing in my ears, sometimes nothing just focus on not hearing man made noises and go within. I always pray to God and ask him to allow me guidance if he so chooses, sometimes Ill ask something specific and see what comes to me.
