Im still a baby anon so please forgive me if this sounds asinine. BUT i was watching the live feed in DC last night and noticed that the Washington monument's aviation light wasnt blinking steadily like a normal aviation light.. instead it appeared toblinking almost in a code... Does the monument lighy always blink so strange? Video below for reference
