🚨Man Charged w/Kidnapping, Criminal Sexual Conduct w/Minor After 13-Yr-Old Reported Missing🚨

🔹Law enforcement was contacted on April 15th to a report of a missing 13 yr old juvenile last seen walking down a dirt road. Investigators located the missing teen in the Charleston area at approximately 8:30 p.m. on April 16, 2021.
🔹After an investigation John D. Fink, III., 30, was arrested & charged w/kidnapping, contributing to the delinquency of a minor & Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
🔹Fink’s live-in girlfriend, Niccole Jean Smith, 31, was also arrested & charged kidnapping.
