I'm gradually steering the two of us in a more natural direction, with nutritional supplements and preparing dinners from one of those services that sends you the raw ingredients in a box every week. So we're eating fresher fare, that's not loaded with preservatives. And neither of us drinks anymore. So those are some preliminary steps for us. Best wishes to you as well. 🙂
