sooo... lemme get this straight. In the most civilized and populated city for 100's of miles, the premiere University of the region gets it's library burnt because of a nearby "wildfire" started by "an individual" the police allege was "by a fire". That is either one slack ass fire department or one slack ass propaganda generator... because y'all broke my logic train. This was done on purpose, and the money grab almost BEFORE the event was happening is very telling... STANDARD BANK...
