take asprin keep blood hopefully from clotting. lay on stomach. Get medication from doctor.My son had it 4 wks ago and was in hosp for 5 days. Had to have emergency antibodie plazma which was his turning point. They almost vented him. He is in mid 30's and healthy weight lifter.
