I like it. Plus, there should be a daily fine/fee like any of us usually have to pay to get shit out of the klink... $10Million per day for storage? Plus interest rates... whatever the highest credit card rate is outta do it. Compounded daily and no prepayment if they have to take out a loan at high interest rates to get their fines paid. Just like any of us have probably had to do at some point in our lives.
