The constituition gives every man unalienable rights, no matter who’s in the government. As it rightfully should be. Cuz a democrazy is in now way neither fair nor just. You don’t even need a majority to totally ignore and run over other peoples will and lives. A constitutional republic is 💯 way better. So every individual is free and can’t be run over by other people.
