Coming from the guy sitting in the back of the plane...I want the BEST pilot an airline can hire and train sitting in the front of the plane.

I've worked with doctors and nurses that they have hired because they were a minority let me tell you no thank you if you didn't get there because you're smart and you've got the want and the need to work hard and you have the ability to meet certain standards you don't fucking belong in there go work at McDonald's instead of putting lives at risk to full some bullshit sniwflake standard
