Looks like a bill was introduced in Jan 2020, last action shows Mar 2020. H.R.5717 doesn't say anything about taxing but ut does have several new rules and regulations. Restricts the manufacture, purchase and possession of specific guns. Interesting. The min age to own or purchase is raised from 18 to 21 ... I wonder if that same age min would then apply to the military as well 🤔
