for mRNA to get into DNA you need a reverse transciptase enzyme so either the lipid nanoparticle contains it or ,more likely , the continuous expression of gp120 (spike glycoprtein) in cell leads to regulator genes altering their expession aa a seconday mechanudm of continuos expression of gp120 on a cell’s surface.
