On November 12th trump signed an executive order that said: starting January 11th, 2021, American citizens are not allowed to invest in companies that are connected in any way, to the military of the communist Chinese party. They are not allowed to fund any aspect of the Chinese military OR their operations (which are EVERYWHERE).
