The other work he has on his profile seems slighly less impressive. It could be a way to test the response to the designs publicly while maintaining plausible deniability.

I truly hope they are the new designs. They are fantastic. However, it could also just be the work of a talented graphic artist showcasing his skills while bored or looking for employment.

Why do they say Federal Reserve on them?

They are designs from 2018 in a portfolio from an artist who lives in Minsk, Belarus. He has a photo with one eye covered...hmmm.

My research dictates they are just an art project. Very well done. Showcasing many talents while demonstrating skills outside your home region and seeking employment.

However, if it were a "plant" to test the waters, it would make sense to keep "Federal Reserve Note" on there so it appear as authentic to what the masses expect.

If it read "Gold/Silver Backed" it would seem quite odd and raise red flags.

The main goal of "planting" this under a fake foreign account would be to release the designs for public feedback response without full disclosure of a new money system. Similar to how they have mentioned replacing certain individuals on the current bills, but have not moved forward.

These designs are very well done. Much nicer than our Illuminati dollars. I hope whatever Trump rolls out looks this colorful and patriotic.
